Rabbi Mendel Duchman

As the CEO of a leading brand of natural, organic skin care products, Mendel relates to  corporate and entrepreneurial business people and the public as well as he understands the  struggles and dreams of dedicated rabbis and educators. Putting his unparaleled expertise as  a financial coach to good use, he is credited with helping hundreds of Chabad Lubavitch  emissaries around the globe succeed financially despite the economic downturn.

Mendel Duchman is also an experienced and accomplished master of ceremonies, and has  had  the honor of introducing leaders and dignitaries such as the Chief Rabbi of Israel, as well  as the Governor of California, Mayor of Los Angeles and many others civic and rabbinical  personalities.

In his public presentations, with humor, clarity, meaning, and contagious passion, he  stimulates, empowers and energizes his audiences to care more, to do more, to achieve more.

Mendel lives in Los Angeles with his wife and children, where he is the founding rabbi of one of his very favorite organizations, the “Rebbe’s Diamond Daveners” – Kol Yakov Yehuda – junior congregation, which is run and administered to a very great extent by the participating children themselves.  Mendel is a respected and leading member of LA’s Chabad community.

Rabbi Duchman previously served as the Rebbe’s shliach to Irvine, California from 1979 to 1991, during which he built a thriving Chabad Jewish community crowned by a 500-seat synagogue and community center which continues to attract and grow.
